COVID Policy

Securassure is an essential business that operates throughout Canada and therefore has implemented 3 core safety precautions to abide by Provincial orders and recommendations. This allows us to protect your family in more ways than home security.

This includes following these 3 primary methods when interacting in the field:

Physical Distancing

  • We adhere to the 2 metre (6-foot) physical distancing rule
  • We step back from all doors when possible
  • Utilize electronic signing to minimize contact
  • We assess customer security requirements through video walk-throughs
  • Available curbside assisted installation & service calls reduce the need for in home visits

PPE and Disinfection

  • Before & after our work is completed, we disinfect our work area
  • Areas are wiped down using alcohol-based disinfectant wipes
  • Gloves are worn as needed
  • We wear masks if close proximity is required
  • We sanitize vehicles and equipment daily

Healthy Employees

  • We adapt our policies to reflect updated Public health changes
  • Employees monitor their symptoms using self-assessment tools provided by Provincial websites
  • Use of COVID-19 Provincial Tracking Apps are mandatory in Alberta
  • Strict compliance to healthy habits
    • Frequent hand washing
    • Social distancing
    • Sanitizing work areas
